President Trump questioned the moves of President-elect Joe Biden by pointing out his cabinet formation. Without producing any public evidence, he claims that his investigators have discovered hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes, which can “flip” the results in at least four states. He claims that winning these four states will ultimately make him the winner of the election. No evidence has been provided for these claims, even in the cases filed by the attorneys of Trump in the court.
Trump wished that the legislatures and/or courts get the “COURAGE” to do whatever it takes to maintain the rightness of the nationwide elections and the integrity of the USA.
This statement by President Trump comes after a series of legal defeats. This includes the rejection of a case by a Pennsylvania federal judge after saying that the team of Trump’s attorneys has presented zero evidence to support their claim of election misconduct and fraud. Without investigation, they are trying to invalidate millions of votes cast by Americans.
Rudy Giuliani the lead lawyer on Trump’s legal team has spoken of his intention to appeal the case of election fraud to the Third Circuit and also the Supreme Court if the need arises.
As the number of cases in the court is reducing day after day, Trump is left behind with limited options. He is highly dependent on scenarios where the results of the election are left uncertified and the legislators in statehouses controlled by the Republicans intervene for declaring him the winner of the election.
