English Premier League 2021/22 Fixtures revealed!

After a long wait, finally, the fixtures for the 2021/22 season of the English Premier League has been revealed. The defending champions, Manchester City, will start their tournament against the Spurs. On the other hand, City’s direct rivals, Manchester United, will host Leeds United for the opening weekend.

Also, everyone would look out for recent UCL winners, Chelsea, as they play against Crystal Palace. The Reds of Merseyside will begin their season against Norwich City at Carrow Road.

Start of the journey for the newly promoted teams

Apart from our top six or regular EPL teams, we’ll have some fascinating fixtures for newly promoted sides too. For example, the winners of the EFL Championship Play-Offs will host Arsenal. Moreover, the EFL Table-toppers will start their season against a strong Aston Villa side.

Derbies and Rivals

As in terms of derbies or rival matches, we’ll have Arsenal playing against Chelsea on 21 August. Luckily, in the next match week, Chelsea will face Liverpool at Anfield on 28 August. Thus, Chelsea’s first challenge might look a bit easy, but they’ll face tough competition from the second week.

In case you’re already waiting for the Manchester derby, then you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Manchester City will visit Old Trafford in November and then will host Manchester United on 5 March.

Lastly, the Merseyside derbies will first occur on 30 November and then the second fixture on 23 April at Anfield.

22 May 2022, who will be the winner?

We’ll have some exciting games for the final matchday of the 2021/22 season of EPL. For instance, Arsenal will host the Blues of Merseyside, whereas Chelsea will play against newly-promoted Watford at Stamford Bridge.

On the other hand, the defending champions Manchester City will host Aston Villa at Etihad Stadium. Lastly, we’ll have Liverpool hosting Wolves at Anfield, and Manchester United will travel to Selhurst Park.

So, who do you think will become the champions of the upcoming EPL season and which match will be the most crucial? Of course, our money is on Chelsea for this season, but what do you think?
