As the popular show Sex and the City is all set to make a comeback in our lives, every fan must be wondering about the earnings of every leading character of the show. The name of the upcoming season of Sex and the City is “And Just Like That” where Kim Cattrall who played the role of Samantha Jones will not be participating. Presumably, the reasons for her denial will be explored in detail in the upcoming season of Feud by Ryan Murphy.
For the forthcoming reboot by HBO Max, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis are being paid equally. However, that was not the case for seasons one to six, and the films that followed.
Here, we will see the salaries of every leading character.
Sarah Jessica Parker – $3.2 million for each episode
Variety published that according to their sources, Parker will be making more than a million dollars for every episode of “And Just Like That.” Her co-stars will be getting the same amount as well. However, back in the days, Parker earned way more than her costars.
As reported by Celebrity Net Worth, for the first 3 seasons of the show, Parker earned approximately $50 million which went up as she started producing the episodes from season 4 to 6.
Kim Cattrall – $350,000 for each episode
Looking at the trends, Cattrall has been the 2nd highest earner in the Sex and the City series. When her career was at its best, she was offered to play the role of Samantha Jones at an amazing salary of $350,000. For the first and the second movie respectively, she took home $7 million and $10 million.
Similarly, Kristin Davis earned close to $350,000 for each episode and Cynthia Nixon’s salary is unknown.
