James later retook the app Wednesday to explain why he deleted a tweet concerning the police shooting a 16-year-old Black woman Ma’Khia Bryant on Tuesday in her home country Ohio. The Los Angeles Lakers famous Basketball star had tweeted, “YOU’RE
NEXT #ACCOUNTABILITY” with an hourglass emoji, followed by a photograph of a police officer. According to ESPN, the image became of Columbus {ohio} police officer Nicholas Reardon, who was later recognized on Wednesday because the officer who
fired the shots killed Bryant at the same time as talking on a call. ANGER would not do any of us any good, and that consists of myself! Collecting all of the facts and teaching does, though!” James tweeted.
“My anger nonetheless is right here for what came about that Lil girl. My sympathy for her family and may justice prevail! “I” m so damn tired about looking at Black people killed by police. I took the tweet down due to the fact it is being used to spread even more hate. It is not about the whole system and that they constantly use our phrases to create even more racism.
I am so determined for greater ACCOUNTABILITY.”
Body camera pictures released by police reputedly indicate the teen holding a knife. In one of all two 911 calls played at a news conference Wednesday, the girl is screaming, which could be heard as a caller stated a girl looking to stab the person earlier than the
call disconnected.
These things will continue until peace is not spread across the nation, and the officials shall follow proper rules and regulations.
