President Trump on Saturday stated clearly that he intends to reverse the outcome of the elections with the help of republican-led legislators in the states won by Joe Biden. The President’s legal team has been hinting at the same for quite some time now.
President Trump questioned the President-elect Joe Biden’s moves regarding the formation of his cabinet. Without providing any public proof, he says that his investigators have unearthed hundreds of thousands of illegal votes which may “flip” the outcomes in at least four states. He claims that he will ultimately be the election winner if he wins these four states. So far, no proof has been provided to bolster the President’s claims, even in the lawsuits filed by Trump’s lawyers in the court.
Trump wants the courts and/or legislatures to show “COURAGE” in doing everything it takes to protect the rightness of the national elections and the dignity of the United States.
President Trump’s statement comes on the threshold of a series of legal losses which involves the dismissal of a lawsuit by a Pennsylvania federal judge who said that the Trump’s lawyers provided no evidence to support their assertion of wrongdoing and fraud in the presidential elections. They are attempting to invalidate millions of votes casted by Americans without investigating.
The lead counsel for Trump’s legal team, Rudy Giuliani, has let his desire known for appealing the election fraud case of the Third Circuit and even the Supreme Court if needed.
With a daily drop in the number of court cases, Trump administration is left with a few alternatives. He is depending highly on situations in which the election outcomes are left uncertified and the Republican-controlled lawmakers intervene to declare him the election winner.
